Scubacam housings for Red, Phantom, Alexa and Sony cameras

Scubacam bags are the perfect option for camera crews looking to shoot from the surface of the water or to waterproof their gear when filming from boats.
They are very versatile bags and a multitude of cameras can be catered for in just 2 different sizes, however it is equally important to understand their limitations too.
The bags are not suitable for submersion as they are buoyant on the surface so quite an amount of additional weight is required to make them sink, and then once they do sink the bag will compress around the camera and lens which sometimes can impact on operation.
The basic rule is if you want to put a camera under water then use a purpose built dive housing, but if you want to shoot from the surface of the water then a scuba cam is by far your best option.
2 sizes exist for these bags and we supply our scuba cam bags with the user configurable 5″ Small HD monitor in waterproofed housing which gives access to all the focus and exposure tools the monitor features. Most dry hire houses have the standard SWIT monitor which does not have the user customised options that can be set up for the operator.
