Hiring for the first time? Here’s how..
If you have not hired equipment from us before we will need you to complete a few steps please, we do not ask for security deposits to secure the equipment so we ask for references instead.
To avoid any delays with shipping please can you start this process as soon as you can so we can get everything ready for your shoot.
First step, please can you complete the trade reference section below and also let your references know that we will be contacting them to ask a few basic security questions.
Secondly, please upload the required documents to support the rental agreement, these are proof of business and/or home address and proof of ID, we may also ask for a utility bill to reference your address too which we will do over email.
Finally, please upload a copy of your hired in equipment insurance cover and let your broker know we will be contacting them to check cover is in place for the equipment you’re hiring from us.
And that’s it, once you’ve done this we will not need to go through the process again, and the only item we keep on file is your hired in equipment insurance document.
